Harvey is a gentle, older boy who sadly came into rescue when his owner could no longer care for him.He is obese but is gradually losing weight on a strict diet and with regular exercise. He loves his walks and is good on a lead. He is fine with foster mum's dogs but we feel he would be better as an only dog as this is what he has been used to, and any children to be over 16.Harvey is a loner but is gradually beginning to interact more with people. He is house trained, he prefers to sleep by himself in the lounge at night but shares the chair with other dogs during the day.He is a healthy dog with no heart murmur, just an umblical hernia and a fatty lump on his chest which do not cause a problem.Harvey will make a lovely pet for someone looking for a quieter, older dog, he deserves a 5* home to spend his retirement in.Harvey is in foster in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. You will be required to travel to his foster home for the meet and greet. More information regarding our latest Covid-19 protocol will be made available following a successful telephone interview and home check.
