Ella is a 5-year-old Blenheim Cavalier who came to the rescue from a breeder. She is looking for a fabulous forever home.

Sweet Ella is a quiet, gentle-natured girl who loves other dogs and relies on them for confidence. She loves her food and treats, and that is the best way to win her heart!
She is walking well out and about but needs reassurance and patience while she gets used to the big wide world. She can be nervous of new people and takes some time to warm up to them but will take herself away initially. She travels well in the car with a harness plugged into a seat belt on the back seat. She loves snuggling up on the sofa with her doggy pals and the humans she knows well. She is an absolute sweetheart.
Ella has a moderate heart murmur; following an echocardiogram, she has started heart medication. She is stage B2, and we hope she will do very well for a long time on this medication. She has chiari malformation with pain and is on inexpensive pain relief for this. She has had a dental, been spayed in rescue, and is up-to-date with vaccines and parasite treatment.
She would be best suited to a calm home with at least one other confident dog. She can be rehomed with children 8+
Ella is in foster care in North Lincolnshire. Her adopters must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover any future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract or letter from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
The successful applicants must be able to travel to the foster home for the meet and greet and be immediately available for a home check.
