Skye is available for adoption. She is a pretty, almost 7 year old ruby Cavalier that came into rescue in extremely sad circumstances. A reduced adoption fee applies.
She is a confident and typical diva who laps up attention and kisses! She loves her walks and is just wonderful with everyone she meets. She plays with the other dogs and with toys. She is a busy little girl and she tells us she would love to be taken on holidays and spoiled!
Skye travels really well on the back seat with her harness and seat belt. You can take her anywhere, and she is very good. She sleeps very well and is a content girl who can be left for short periods without issues.
She loves her food a little too much, so she is on a weight-loss diet and doing well. She needs to continue this journey in her forever home and lose another 3kg. She is heart clear. Skye is on treatment for dry eye and has started a joint supplement as she has some crepitus in her elbows. Weight loss will help. Skye is hard of hearing. She is spayed, has restarted her vaccinations, and is up-to-date with parasite preventatives.
We are looking for a home for Skye, with or without other dogs. She can be rehomed with children and visiting children. She is not cat tested.
Skye is in foster in North Lincolnshire. Her adopters must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover any future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract/or a letter from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
The successful applicants must be able to travel to the foster home for the meet and greet and be immediately available for a home check.
