Charlie Blenheim Cavalier

Charlie is a very handsome, 7-year-old Blenheim Cavalier boy looking for his forever home. A reduced adoption fee applies.

Gorgeous Charlie is a smaller Cavalier and a bit of a pocket rocket, absolutely full of beans! He is a very excitable little chap and very noisy when he does get excited, especially when getting ready for walkies. He is a very good boy and loves meeting new dogs and people when out and about. He needs stimulation so plenty of little walks, games and love.

He prefers to be hand fed at the moment; hopefully, this will improve when he is in his forever home. He absolutely loves other dogs and spends a lot of his day playing with them. He loves the garden and loves to be outside. He travels very well, and he can be left for short periods with no issues at all. He sleeps in the kitchen at night with his pals.

Sadly Charlie does have a loud heart murmur due to Mitral Valve Disease. He is stable on heart medication and will need to continue this for the rest of his life. Charlie also suffers from mild Syringomyelia and is on inexpensive pain relief, and this will need to continue to keep him comfortable. He also has dry eye, so he is on eye ointment.

Charlie is great with children, so he can be rehomed with them. He is a bit of a cat chaser and has a typical Spaniel prey drive. He needs at least one other dog in his forever home, ideally one that is playful, as he may annoy a quieter, elderly dog with his antics.

Charlie is in foster in North Lincolnshire. His adopters must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover any future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
The successful applicants must be able to travel to the foster home for the meet and greet and be immediately available for a home check. The meet and greet must occur within 5 days of a successful home check.
