Lola Tricolour Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
Lola – Adopted
8th June 2023
Pippa is 5 years old, and Lola is 7 years old. The girls came to rescue together from a family home in sad circumstances. We are looking for a home for them together as they have always been together. A reduced adoption fee applies.
Pippa is a little black and tan girl with a cheeky personality. She loves kisses and cuddles and to give you the Cavalier smother! She can get a little bit excited before walks, but once out calms down, she walks well. She can pull a bit when going somewhere new and exciting. She sleeps well at night in her crate and happily trots in after her bedtime biscuit.
She has had a full health check, vaccinations, dental and spay. She is heart clear at the moment but does have a grade 2 luxating patella. She is having no issues with her knee at the moment. If she can maintain a healthy weight and exercise, things may stay as they are; however, things could become worse in future.

Lola is a beautiful ruby princess. She loves to give kisses and cuddles before taking her place in the late evening on the back of the sofa. She sleeps well at night in her crate and goes to bed willingly after her bedtime biscuit. She is an excitable little girl and loves her walks. She can be a little vocal getting ready, but she is quiet once out of the door. She walks well on her regular walks, but like Pippa, she can pull on new and exciting walks but eventually settles and calms down.

She has had a full health check while in rescue, vaccinations and been spayed. She is in good health, apart from a mild grade 1 heart murmur that needs no medication at present but will need monitoring.
The girls are both friendly with people and dogs and love visitors. They are good with children, love any attention offered, and will be a great addition to a loving forever home. They are not cat tested. Can be rehomed with children/visiting children 5+.
Pippa and Lola are in foster in Wakefield, Yorkshire. Their adopters must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover any future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
The successful applicants must be able to travel to the foster home for the meet and greet and be immediately available for a home check. The meet and greet must occur within 5 days of a successful home check.
