About Oreo
Oreo is a typical happy, energetic Cavalier pup who is full of fun and always up for playing games. He especially loves play-fighting and chasing balls with the resident young dogs in his foster home, so he’d thrive in a home with another playful dog for company. 
He’s doing well with house training, but like any young pup, still has the odd accident and will need ongoing positive guidance as he matures. Oreo walks nicely on the lead and enjoys two short walks a day (around 20 minutes each). He travels fine in the car but has been sick on a short journey to the vet, so he may need help building confidence with travel.
He’s child-friendly and could be rehomed with dog-savvy children who are calm and respectful. Oreo has also been around cats and isn’t overly interested, though being a puppy, he may try to engage them in play if they run.
🏡 Adoption Criteria
🏡 Type of home required: A fun, active home with another playful dog would be perfect for Oreo. He needs adopters who understand the commitment of continuing his training and socialisation. A secure garden is a must, and someone around for most of the day to help him continue learning and growing would be ideal. Adopters must also be aware of the common breed health problems and have looked into insurance and ongoing costs.
